Worth to Cleburne, and the owner completely forgot my appointment after I had driven all that way. Then after I ordered my carpet, several years later, it had begun to wear and show it in the pile. When I asked the owner to come out to look at my carpet, he said he would contact the manufacturer about the warranty. He never did anything about it, and never came back to fix my problem. He was so unprofessional about me and my problem and could have cared less about my complaint.
