"This company is terrible. Twice we have had issues with our flooring in our house and they have fought us both times to fix it. They installed wood flooring that was obviously not of good quality. It took almost a year to get them to fix it. Now our tile in our bathroom is coming up off the floor and they will not help at all. The quality of work that they do as well as the customer service is some of the worst I’ve experienced. Would NEVER use again and would NEVER RECOMMEND In response to the owners follow up- that is absolutely untrue that y’all are willing to help towards resolving the issue. You informed my builder that it is outside of warranty and there are too many outside factors that could have caused the tile to come up off the ground. I’m not sure what outside factors you could be referring to when no one was even willing to come and look until I posted this review. You can see from the images, as well as the video sent to you guys, that the tile peels off of the floor by minimal force, obvious that whatever was used to glue the tile down, was not properly done. Tile that was installed barely four years ago should not have this issue and seeing that it does, it is an obvious installation flaw. Your company has zero intentions of fixing or looking further into the situation so please don’t gaslight myself, as well as future customers, when it comes to your customer service and value of my business."

"30k for "Our Highest Quality Hardwood Floor" and the most expensive mono coat finish available this is what you get. Gaps between every plank, some big enough to get a quarter in and After weeks of trying to get someone out to look at the floors they are trying to blame it on the humidity levels and that there is supposed to be an expansion gap every 3 or four planks. If they would have told me you had to wear shoes to walk on their floors i would have installed tile. The lack of workmanship and customer service is the worst of any sub i have dealt with. The joker they sent out to look at it said that "it should go back to normal after a good rain" The pic below is what 90% of my floor looks like."
