"I’ve been looking for a company to install a pool that another company did a poor job twice doing. The owner of TK’s should definitely re-think how they respond to negative reviews in a completely unprofessional manner. After reading through the Google reviews, I definitely don’t think I’ll get quality service. I feel sorry for anyone who had a negative experience with them."

"Update* Their customer service really stepped up. I was going to delete the review but I believe in transparency. After the huge mess of covid and the months and years that followed catching up, I can say TK did make things right at the end of the day and I’m not going to pretend like they didn’t! Actually, they went above and beyond after the debacle to make things right. As far as the quality of the deck, I am not disappointed at all. The quality is there and that’s why my review has been updated."

"We reported a pool leak over 3 months ago and we kept getting texts that they would be there “next month”, ”next week”, “ next few days”, - this was after our persistence on contacting them. When I finally got them to tell us how far behind they were and they would come when they began winterizing pools- this was over a month ago.They never showed, and the communication was poor."

"Great people always friendly. We financed our pool and the quote was wrong so when we went in to pay for the pool we had to come out of pocket and extra $700 because the finance company went off of their quote so that was not expected and a disappointment. I understand that things happen but it just is not the best when you are on this side of it and have the unexpected expense. I would how ever recommend them to friends and had a favorable experience other than this one issue. I did ask Lightstream to add the money on to the loan but they had already funded :( .
