"Front office was organized and prepared. Yard was a disorganized cluster f▪︎▪︎k. Spent two hours after my appointment to get loaded and was sent to 5 different locations to load. No one spoke English or knew what was going on. Other drivers came and got loaded that were there long after I got there. When I got to the Oklahoma location it was well managed. Go figure. I'm not mad, all part of the business. They do a lot of shipping. Some days you win and others you lose. Just giving any other HotShot or Semi drivers a heads up."
