"I would not recommend this company!!, I called for an estimate to take Out carpet and replace with tile, it was raining that day they guy did not show up At appointment time, I called the secretary she had to call him, he had her call me back and say it was hailing he would have to reschedule. Next day he showed up, said he would email estimate, never got email I had to call, secretary proceeded to tell me they can not find tile so I asked if I found it could they install and she told me she was not sure, I understand that part, I asked why I had to keep reaching out to them for information she replied with she had no information well I think if you can’t find it I should have been told that to proceed with next option,, I told her I was frustrated with no communication and she said there was no information, i told her she could have told me they could not find it and that they had poor customer service and i would be using someone else!! HORRIBLE CUTER SERVICE! All I expected was for them to let me know!"
