"I would give this place zero stars if I could. The guy took over 40 minutes to resize a watch bracelet. The whole time hitting and rubbing the watch on the glass shelf. He didn’t even bother putting a cloth down so the watch wouldn’t get scratched. When I asked if he knows how to do the job as he was obviously clueless, he got rude. He finally managed to get the watch resized but One of the pins came out before the day was even over. Now I will have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. This place is a joke. Please avoid at all cost."

"I want to like this place but the customer service is terrible. I purchased a pack of hair last week, I came back four days later and the manager charged me more than the first time. So there is inconsistency on what things are priced which is frustrating. They aren’t always open during the hours listed, which is also frustrating. Sadly I needed something that they only had, but if they didn’t I probably wouldn’t have gone back."

When he did, I mentioned that I had been waiting for them to open and he just mumbled-- not even acknowledging that HE was late to open. Then when I got inside the selection was really limited. I'm going to stick to Sally's, Target and Amazon for buying my hair accessories/products."
