"Paid for a had my 1st of several sessions to remove a tattoo. Scheduled and waited the Required 8 weeks, drove 40 minutes one way to receive a phone call as I was parking my car to tell me that I would need to reschedule my appointment. Mindful that my appointment was scheduled out 8 weeks and confirmed prior to the date and NOBODY cared enough to notify me and NOBODY cared enough to keep my business to even attempt to call me or offer a discount for my wasted time and gas. Also keeping in mind how clearly they advertise about losing my money for failure to keep my Scheduled appointment but obviously they could care less about keeping their obligation(s) to a loyal customer willing to drive 40 minutes and leave work early."

"I got my conch & midway pierced by Karisa a few weeks ago! Both are starting to make progress in the healing journey. I’ve had several piercings in the past but Karisa went over everything again & taught me new stuff about how to take care of my piercings. She was super knowledgeable in it all which helped me relax! I really liked the prices of each piercing being listed on the website (not many places have that) so it was nice! And I was able to call ahead to check that a walk-in was fine! Everyone was so nice & the healing process has went well so far! I’m happy with them :)"

"Went in there to get my daughter an industrial piercing. They told her that her anatomy wasn't good and it would take 2 years to heal. I've gotten so many piercings done and never ever heard this before. I will never recommend anyone going to them. Also, another thing, if you are unwilling to do it in the first place why make her parents fill out all that information and get a copy of our ids?! If you are a good piercer there should have been no problem piercing her ear! Absolutely ridiculous!"

"I cannot speak highly enough of Chris Hinkle and this establishment. I went in to get a matching tattoo with someone else, and it was a fantastic experience from entering the door until leaving. The line work from this artist in particular is sublime. I've had bad experiences with tattoo places in the past, and these guys have restored my faith in the industry. Chris took our design, added his own touch, and communicated beautifully throughout the whole process. The conversation never faltered, and there was zero discomfort. The man is a whiz with the tattoo machine, to the point I hardly even noticed it. I'm from Canada, and the 1600 miles I flew to find this place was incredibly worth it. If you're looking for a great spot to spend an afternoon getting a very reasonably priced tattoo, look no further."
