"Samantha helped my daughter and I get some of her first earrings and pierced her ears. Our daughter said she barely even felt it. Samantha was very helpful, friendly, and professional. We will definitely be going back and hopefully Samantha will be there again to help us out! I see reviews about quality and we’ll see how that fairs, but this review is about the quality of staff and the help and attention offered which our daughter said “did you give 10 stars? Sammie was great!”"

"I got my ear pierced after leaving my earring fell out and I was not able to find it, I called back immediately and the location was closed. I called first thing the next morning to express what happened the store manager was rude and kept stating he couldn’t do anything, he never attempted to find a solution or be reasonable. His advice was to pay the same price I paid for both piercing to get my one ear re-pierced and that was the best he could do. In addition, my mother called back and he was extremely rude and had an attitude with her. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. CLAIRES CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT AND THEY WILL NOT REACH BACK OUT TO YOU AFTER YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE. I understand why this location has a 1.9 rating."

"The place was disgusting, staff was insufferable and petty, and if I could I would give it a rating of -10 stars! And the jewelry I bought was the worst quality I’ve ever received! The ring I bought literally broke straight in half the second I took it home and TRIED to put it on(yes it was the correct size). I could get better jewelry made by a toddler! The manager was no help and if anything she was the worst in the whole store! The customer service was absolutely despicable!"

"I came to the store yesterday with my daughter on her birthday to get her ears pierced and the manager was being very unprofessional and agressive. She was yelling at my daughter for crying (my daughter has been looking foward to getting her ears pierced for around three months and was being very respectful, only a couple of tears and nervous laughing). I was so infuriated that I left with my daughter before she could get her ears pierced, if I could leave a zero star review I would. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND TO NOT COME TO THIS CLAIRES, ESCPECIALLY IF ITS YOUR 11 YEAR OLD DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY."
