"Someone attempted to steal my car two weeks ago and my insurance sent my car here . They warned me that it could take a while for parts but two weeks later and I already have my car back ! So far so good , everything looks as good as it did before if not better . They vacuumed out my car (of course since there was glass everywhere) and even washed the outside ! They were super kind to me even when I asked stupid questions (which I did) and made sure to communicate with me through the whole process."

"I was in a car accident it was a brand new car only a year old and my insurance made me take my car there and they first told me 3 to 4 weeks for parts well it ended up taking way longer, no communication on their end on when it will be done and when i did call i kept getting excuses when i finally got to pick up my car, all of my tires were low, there were new scratches on my driver door and back driver passenger door that wasn't there before, supposed to be a new back bumper and it has a scratch on it and glue. There is also more glue on my paint by the trunk and going to ruin my paint! Also, the bedding in the trunk not attached properly, the battery in the trunk also has glue on it. I have sent multiple emails no response, I have called and left voicemail, no response back sad it will have to be addressed by my attorney and complaint filled to my insurance since the company charged my insurance almost 14 grand and did horrible work and no resolution attempted to be made! Do not take your car there regardless of what your insurance yes!"

"I unfortunately had to bring my car here 3 times last year, so I’m guessing I have more experience with these folks than their average client. They’re not perfect, but they’re genuinely nice people who take responsibility for their mistakes and work hard to make it right. I worked primarily with Craig who has to be the friendliest fella I’ve encountered in the auto industry. They’re not always especially communicative, but if you take a look at all the cars in their lot every day you’ll understand why — they’re consistently incredibly busy. But if you just give them the time they need, they’ll make sure you’re satisfied. Thanks guys."

"Don't trust these guys. They work for the Insurance companies, not the customers. They didn't even perform a full inspection of the damages and are certifiably incompetent. (3 wks evaluation for a paint estimate) Expect absurd delays for no services. They delay you, so the insurance guys in their side offices can deny you, due to your claim deadlines. Watch them close."
