"when a product wasn’t scanning in their system , the manager herself came to manually input the price. when i asked why the price was so much (i had bought this item before) she laughed in my face and said it must’ve went up. when the product name was actually a different product then the one i was buying. i told them the item was wrong and she laughed in my face and said i was gonna have to pay 35.99 for a product i had previously bought for 12.99. i then went to a different spencer’s and they reassured me she input the wrong item and the price had not gone up that much. i wouldn’t have let a review if it wasn’t for the manager herself laughing in my face and rudely mocking me. when she had made the mistake in the first place. just treat customers better , especially when ur the manager."
