"Went to purchase a 3 leches cake today but it was very dry and it was the worst one I’ve ever tried. Don’t purchase your cake here. Go elsewhere! The steaks here are good though!"
"I JUST BOUGHT THIS CARROT CAKE AT THIS VISTA MARKET ON SUNLAND PARK AN DONIPHAN AMD THIS CAKE IS ALL SPOILED GREEN THIS STORE IS SELLING OUTDATED PAST DUE CAKES SO PEOPLE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY BREAD FROM THEM IT MAKES YOU WONDER WHAT ELSE ARE THEY SELLING THATS GONE BAD THE FOOD THEY MAKE WHO KNOWS I WILL REPORT IT TO THE FDA check the yelp review I put the photos there they won't let me here I guess there blocking it"
"I went in store to buy a grocery items and was very disappointed to see that almost all the items being advertised on sale were not being carried in store. For instance your Labor Day 3 day sale stated it included small hass avocados (3/98cents), they were no where to be found. The baby back pork ribs were listed as $1.88 per pound and again no where to be found in the store. I asked management for guidance on where these items could be found and not even the manager (very young woman) did not seem to know what I was talking about. I had also picked up the Jarritos sodas which were being advertised as 5 for $5 and at check out they each scanned at $2.19. Upon further investigating in the ads, there was close to 30 items listed that don't match the stock in the store, why advertise for products that aren't even available in store it is very disappointing. When I was ready to pay for the groceries I selected, I was pointed to your self-checkouts and I needed assistance throughout the whole process as your self-checkouts machines don't work properly to the point where I could even hear other customers complaining about the difficulty they were having as well. It seems that customer satisfaction is at the bottom of your list and making money is at the top. It doesn't make sense how your store can carry Key Limes and regular sized limes but you can't carry both sizes of avocados even though you advertise that you do. By the way, this isn't the first time I have had a terrible experience in your stores. I had an incident where the meat department was disappointing as well but I decided to give your store the benefit of the doubt and give it a second chance and I was let down yet again. I tried to write a review previously to bring awareness to the situation and nothing was done about it. I don't know where the disconnect between the ads and available products is happening but the least you could do is hire staff who actually knows what you're selling. We have a limited selections on who to give our business to and some of us like to shop local but incidents like this limit us even more and force us to buy from bigger chains such as Walmart, at least their ads reflect what is available in store AND online. Once again, unsatisfied. Sincerely, one sad El Pasoan."
"Vista is a local grocery store chain. They have really good horchata, and tortillas they make fresh daily and often run out of later in the day."
