"the prices are good considering how well the nail art was the many times i’ve gone. the service here has always been nice and everyone is as quick as they can be in a packed nail salon. they honor appointments above walk-ins which i really appreciate and are open on some federal holidays too. there is a specific worker that does nail art quite well and the others will do the technical part (fake nails, gel, acrylic etc)."

"First I’d like to say the hospitality here is wonderful, they were very attentive and kind. I could easily say they are probably one of the best customer services I’ve had at a nail shop. My review today is on the technique. I don’t believe the quality of what they use was bad but only a few days after getting my nails done as they grew out they were lifting at the cuticle and getting caught in my hair. Today marks exactly 2 weeks from the day I came and 3 nails have already lifted so much that I took them off. What I believe was the issue is that she painted the dip powder polish over my cuticle so when they began to grow out they were already far above the nail bed. As much as I wanted to make this place a permanent for me I simply cannot return to pay the kind of money I did for them to last barely two weeks. I leave this review not out of anger but just honesty for them to be aware so they can improve their technique because how would they know if no one said anything? Sorry I couldn’t become a lasting customer but I hope the best for your shop and seriously never stop treating people the way you do, it’s refreshing."

"I believe the pictures speak for themselves. I was too exhausted to complain. I would rather have my 9 year old daughter paint my nails. This is the worst gel manicure I have ever received. I had to go find another salon with an opening to at least soak them off."
