"The worker Dada was so incredibly rude to me. I asked her about getting my ears pierced. She was on her phone. She only gave me a glance before she continued texting. How does she even deserve to get paid!?????"

"This place is awful. My mom was purchasing an item and switched from debit to cash and the cashier says “well, that’s an inconvenience to me.” No it isn’t, just switch it back in the POS system. Not that hard. So my mom told her that she doesn’t want to shop at this establishment anymore because of her rude remark and THE CASHIER LITERALLY THREW CHANGE AT MY MOM. I DO NOT recommend this store to ANYONE."

"I went in looking for a cute new nipple ring and the lady that worked there came up and asked me if I wanted a wig. So the thing is I’m bald because I shaved my head to support me friend who’s going through chemo and so I said that I didn’t want one, I like my hair how it is. And she said “what hair?” And I was kind of mad because she held up this really ugly rainbow wig that like emo people wear and I started leaving and she showed the wig in my face and it got all tangled in my braces. I pushed her off me and ran into Dillard’s to get away from her. This happened yesterday and I’m still pulling purple plastic wig hair out of my mouth."

"I wish I was able to give this place 0 stars. Honestly this place has the worst customer service anywhere in this mall. The cashier didn’t give me a receipt for me purchase, and after I left I realized that there were earrings missing from the package. I went back to the store to return it and asked if it could be returned without my receipt because it wasn’t given to me. The lady then proceeded to argue with me about whether or not I have my receipt. She told me I could do an exchange, so I went to find something that I wanted. I found something that wasn’t exactly the same price and asked if I could get a refund for the rest of the price, and she said no. I asked again if I could get a refund for the whole thing and she was being snappy and rude and wouldn’t accept the fact that I she didn’t give me my receipt. So now I’m stuck with an incomplete package of earrings but you can’t argue with an idiot so I’m not even going to try anymore."

"I love this store, been shopping here since I was a preteen. The associates are always super friendly, I feel like I'm shopping with my best friends. They were great when I needed help with my nose piercing (a labret works, mine's pierced with an unusually large gauge). The woman working here this time was so nice (I wish I remembered her name). She was busy piercing lots of ears, but she continually checked up on me while I browsed and we even shared some funny stories and chit chat with eachother. They always make you feel happy, even if you're like me and malls give you serious anxiety!"
