"I was nine (9) minutes late today for my appointment, which was unfortunate and I did apologize for being late. I caught a little unexpected traffic on the way there, but that's on me. Was told upon arrival that I would not be receiving a haircut today, because there simply was not enough time. I found that odd considering I hadn't even revealed what haircut I had preferred yet (surely a buzz cut can be done in under 20 minutes?). Just that there was not enough time as there was another appointment already booked in 21 minutes This was also of course assuming that appointment would be on time, but assuming they are a much better person than myself, and they will be more punctual. Fortunately I was able to reschedule for tomorrow, so there is some silver lining. Let's see how tomorrow goes. I'll take some blame here obviously for being late, but just wanted to warn others out there!"

"Fantastic. The difference between going to an actual Barber and places that just provide haircuts is such a wide gulf. Going someplace that cares for and takes the time to style your head is great."

"Booked with jt today and Never had such a bad haircut. I come here a lot and ask and get the same thing everytime. The cut was completely un even I told him DO NOT take anything off the top just fade the sides into the top and he proceeded too take a number 2 guard into the top of my head I showed him several pictures of me after getting my haircut there and he said cool I got you and then proceeded too give me the same haircut he has. When I confronted him he proceeded too talk too me like I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about I had too have my other barber mike that I usually go too come in the middle of the haircut and try too fix it even he said that he went way too far up with the guard on my head even the front desk person looked at me crazy when I said look at my head and how uneven not is. I made him give me a refund I will never book with him again and don’t suggest anyone should book with JT unless you want the same haircut he has. On top of all that he was the most awkward barber I’ve ever had didn’t say a word about anything made me feel uncomfortable so uncomfortable that he looked at me and was like “are you good bro” I felt rushed he looked at his Apple Watch every five minutes. Book with Mike hes very welcoming gives suggestions and is a very nice guy"

"I really hate leaving bad reviews but this was the worst haircut I’ve received in a long time. Taper was not blended well, the length on top was not what I asked for, and I now have 1 inch hairs right at my part sticking straight up from improper thinning. There’s a patch that was thinned too much, and there is no texture/layers. I don’t know what to say, I showed reference photos and explained what I wanted. I would have been happy to answer questions if he had any. I tried living with the cut for a week and I hate it more each day. I have to let the thinned out pieces grow out but trim the rest. Very frustrating."
