"My son went for a haircut & shampoo, and loved the last 2 visits. But, this time when he tried to show the lady pics of the style he wanted, she threw the cape over him and his pics and ignored his request. Then she asks what he wants a 2 or a 4?? He had no idea what that meant, and explained again. She proceeded to buzz his hair off, with absolutely no style whatsoever! She then acted as if she was finished, and he said aren't You going to at least fade it?? She then started arguing with him saying that's not what You asked for! It absolutely was not what he asked for, but thought she could at least blend the top and bottom! And she did not even wash his hair, or even offer to! She was very rude & argumentative, and he decided to just leave instead of continuing to argue with her. We were so happy the 1st 2 visits, and thought we had a regular place to go to, but not anymore! Why work someplace with the public, if You are going to treat them that way! We won't be back!"

"My son and I had a horrible experience after going here for a number of years. Jackie B was our stylist. I explained my son wanted a Mohawk. This is what the other stylist who had done his hair two previous times called it. She immediately told me his current cut wasn’t a Mohawk. I once again politely told her this is what the other lady called it. It was all down hill from here. She was extremely rude, I took my son who is 9 by the hand and told her we were going to go elsewhere. She said “no she could cut his hair”. I should have left then. I offered a picture of his former cut but she continued to cut it as she wanted. When she was nearly finished I told Jackie B this isn’t what I wanted at all. Her response was this is a fade, do you want a part or not. I replied yes, at this point it is almost unbelievable.She take the tool and presses so hard into his head that he screams “you are hurting me”. I removed the cape and told her we are leaving. Her only response is “you threw my cape on the floor.” She yells at me the entire time, loudly as I pay. Telling me she is 62 has worked for the company for 23 years and I have no right to tell her what to do. She goes on to accuse me of calling her names and declaring she isn’t my slave. I swear to anyone and I have witnesses that I politely tried to explain the haircut until she became rude and hurt my son. We will never return and are considering legal counsel. In all my years I have never received such treatment from any business. I am still shaking my head in disbelief."
