"It is always a pleasure to attend events at the Buddy Holly Hall, whether in the big theater or the smaller one. The venue is beautiful and there aren't too many bad seats in the house. I have sat at different spots throughout, and even in the nosebleeds was a cool experience. My only complaint would be that those seats at the top are much more narrow and, therefore, less comfortable than the rest. Snacks and drinks are a little pricey but not terrible. I love their collaboration with the local schools and allowing students to come in and perform on their stage for vocal and theater performances."
"This place is beautiful I love architecture and being able to go behind the scenes with a private tour and see the full building and all of the designing that went into the building was amazing.. This is a great addition for Lubbock and awesome for all of thr performing art kids here in the city."
"Had a wonderful night seeing the Lion King. I bought tickets late but the seats were still good and the sound was great."
"Beautiful theater and great performances. We saw Hamilton there and it was spectacular. We were in the orchestra section but it looked like all the seating had good views. Parking was free for this show, but I don't know if that's true for all shows. The seats were comfortable but I could use a little more leg room, but that is always true (I'm 6ft). The sound was nice and clear. The bathrooms were clean but they could probably use a few more. There is a limitation on bag size so make sure you are aware before you go."
"Attended The Tanya Tucker Concert recently. Beautiful concert hall and venue space. Gorgeous building. Plenty of parking and then you walk over. Third-party security were courteous. Iโm glad I read the website so I knew what kind of handbag to carry. Plenty of space in the elevator. Found our seats using the app which was nice. Lines did form at the restrooms the night we were there. Concert views and sound were excellent from the front row of the Mezzanine section. Excited Lubbock has this world class facility."
