"we love coming here they have so many great options and our son enjoys playing here. decided to get the membership since we come often. the recently rearranged the area, they took away the pikler climber and I don’t enjoy the ball pit being in the infant room, because bigger kids come to play so I usually have to leave to another area. our son loves the planetarium so we like to stop by that area too. glad they are adding some new additions outside can’t wait to check it out. sadly the employees aren’t that great, if you hate your job there’s plenty of other places to work."
"First time visiting Midland, TX and came across this hidden gem!! Amazing photography exhibit of photography from Frida Kahlo's collection and several pieces of artist Tom Lea's awesome work!!"
"This is a wonderful gem in West Texas. The changing gallery displays are top-notch. There is a great children's museum as well as planetarium on-site. Even just exploring the grounds of the Turner Mansion and home as part of the self-guided tour are fun. Affordably priced admission."
"Nice place to visit, but misnamed. It's not a museum; it's an art gallery and has little to do with the Southwest other than being physically located in Texas. The mansion is nice, but it's not set up as a house but rather more of the art gallery. Price is reasonable and includes the children's museum and planetarium. They might want to change the name to the "Turner Gallery" or something that is a little more accurate to describe the place."
"The farmers market is here every Saturday for the summer. What a find. Buy some homemade watermelon jam, some fresh bread, and sit under a shady tree outside the beautiful building to eat it! What more can one need Saturday morning. Oh yeah, and there's an entire museum/planetarium here too."
