"this store is well stocked. everything is super easy to find and the staff is very friendly and helpful. i did speak with management regarding the smell in the restroom. they really need to put water in the drains to rid this sulpharic acid smell. lots of products you sell in the store will help to give it a more pleasant shopping experience. i gave 4 stars because the restroom needed tlc other than that the only issue i had was there was 1 employee at 7pm while the other ate lunch and there was a line of 17people. other than this i really enjoyed my experience at this store i ended up coming back a second time shortly after my 1st visit"
"I always love coming to this location, but yesterday around 5:30pm, really got to me in an upsetting way. I went in to exchange some items and I did buy a few more. Well, my daughter (7 yrs old), had placed a lip balm in the basket while we were shopping, and she was showing me it while we were about to pay. I asked her if she placed it on the belt to make sure it was scanned and we had paid for it, and the cashier DOROTHY, interrupted and claimed she did not remember scanning it, with an attitude, after my daughter insisted she did. She was calling my daughter a liar. So I checked the receipt and showed her that there indeed it was scanned and paid for, but she still didn't believe me. So she compared the barcode numbers to verify, holding up the line. My daughter and I were very embarrassed about getting excused of stealing a $1.25 lip balm, after I had no problem in paying for that and everything else that was scanned. We didn't even get an apology, and she seemed like she didn't even care for us being there, like she didn't even care for her job either. She really disappointed me, and I think she could use a better attitude for the sake of the other customers, because I felt disrespected. Next time, trust your customers, especially if we've been going there for a long time."
"The store was very well stocked. They have some cool Easter, Valentines Day, and St. Patrick Day. The staff were super friendly. We talked to them for a while and they gave our kids suckers. One of the best Dollar Trees I been at."
"WORST shopping experience I've had in a very long time!!!! Long story short, my 4 yr old autistic son had a Halloween candy tube he managed to get open, well he ended up sticking it back on the shelf when we weren't paying attention. So this worker who had been following us around the store eyeballing my kids, brings me the container and proceeds to talk about how we need to help keep the store clean because their GM is coming tomorrow. And Mind you she is saying this to my DAUGHTER, even though I'm standing right beside the lady. The same daughter of mine who had literally just stopped and helped one of the lady's coworkers with a mess the woman had made. The same daughter who was still saying yes maam to this woman who did not deserve any respect. It ended with the lady's coworker saying how sorry she was that the woman was so rude. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!"
