"I bought a bunch of "grade 8" bolts from them and spent about $110. I used a tap, to tap out the hole to "chase it" in case there was debris inside the hole. It tapped just fine. When I went to install the bolt, I didn't even get to 80in-lbs of torque and the head snapped off. This was for an engine case. When you advertise the strength of a bolt, it needs to be that strength for good reason, not just to sound good during a sale. I called to see if they could rectify the problem, but was told "we just sell the bolts and that sounds like a manufacturer defect". Then he slowly started to change the subject into gaslighting me saying "I don't know what happened to the bolt between the shop and whatever you did with it" like I've never installed a bolt before. I asked if at the very least they could let me have a extractor to get out the defective bolt they sold me under false pretenses and was disrespectfully told they weren't gonna do anything about it, but to feel free to buy more stuff. Never going back."

"This place will rob you blind if you buy something that's less than $10 they will charge you a $5 processing fee fee so if you buy a $2 boat that boat just cost you $7 so just stay away I hope this business goes out of business for robbing people this place is dirty and disgusting nobody cleans"

"My husband purchased some screws in the morning. He paid for them. They told him to come back after 4 pm to pick them up. He said he could be there at 4:50 they said it was ok. We got there (I was with him on the car. At 4:50. There was a customer inside but the door was locked they did not want to open. My husband called them and told the guy that he was there just to pick up an order. He said there was nothing there to be picked up. We left but I called him from my phone. He was very disrespectful. I asked for a manager he said there was no manager. I asked who was the owner, he hung up on me. I paid $84 dollars for something I didn’t get. I am very upset. I will find the manager or the owner to request a refund. I have a receipt with the payment confirmation."
