"We had our floors done in February and spent $8400. He was professional and punctual. The “crew” showed up and started the work. They were professional and polite. After our conversation we realized that they were sub-contractors. They get hired when Beto has too much work. At first I thought great I hire you thinking you are going to do the work and then you just go out and get others. $8400 is a lot of money, at least to me but thought okay at least he came by to inspect the work on the 1st day but that’s it. Never came back to inspect the finished product.For $8400. you want it nice. Trash was left and baseboards were not put back properly. The crew left but never said we are done. 2 weeks later we get a call requesting the balance... wait your gone?? Another guy came and saw and agreed with us and never came back nor did we ever receive a call.whatever happened to customer service? People have lost their jobs and businesses during covid. You would think the ones blessed enough would appreciate and fight a little more for satisfied clients. Btw the reason I wrote this review so late because we have been so busy with our moves! Disappointed"

"This is a professional installation company from purchase to completion. Beto offers high quality materials at a reasonable price and will work until you are satisfied with your choices. The installation crew was on time and polite. The were professional and efficient cleaning the area constantly as they progressed. This is my first project and I look forward to many more."

"We experienced a leak in a foyer bathroom that resulted in water damage to a small area in the master bedroom. The floors were installed by Wood floors by Beto 3-4 years ago. When I called on Monday, Beto, Jr. remembered us and asked how we were doing. He is very friendly. He came the next day (Tuesday) to see the damage and said he would check on the availability of the wood flooring. Later in the day, he called back to say he had the wood necessary for the repair. We scheduled the repair for Saturday, which completed without issue. I highly recommend this company for initial installation of wood floors. They did a very professional job installing the initial wood floors in three of our bedrooms and also in the repair. Can't say enough about what a great company this is!"

"I would recommend Wood Floors by Beto. It is a rare and refreshing experience to deal with honest people. Through my experience with them I met some of their family, as it is a family ran business. Beto Jr. came out and gave me an estimate based upon what we could be seen and gathered at the time: the house is 112 years old. A substantial deposit was left on a Friday afternoon at their store and the work begain the start of the following week. The crew arrived and was courteous throughout their stay. After enough demo was done on enough of the house to obtain a more accurate picture, it was determined that due to the condition of the floors the plan could not executed as planned. This is when I simply held my breath to see the outcome. Most companies would push hard for the up sale or attempt various methods to keep the deposit: not Beto. No they explained the circumstances. Finished the demo and left the place ready for whatever I wished to do. Turns out I ended up going a different direction and I let Beto Jr. know. Beto Jr. followed up on the matters and provided me with reasonable price for the work done then timely returned the difference on the deposit. No games. Just straight forward honesty."
