"The two females that work here are lazy and told my daughter they had no nose rings under 20 when there was a sale going on. If I was with my daughter I would have helped her cause they were basically worthless and suck at customers service. Word of advice...hire new employees."
"Girl behind the counter barely looked up from her phone. No interaction. Was talking on her phone the ENTIRE TIME. Spent probably 20 minutes or more in there. Decided not to purchase today because of it. C'mon, you can do better than that."
"This place is absolute trash. Spent $25 on some nose rings. Told the girls working that I needed hinged and they helped pick out a set. After getting home and taking a closer look at the packaging, they were not hinged like I asked for. Took them back with the receipt, completely unopened, and was told all sales are final on body jewelry. Just left the receipt and the product there. No use in bringing more trash home with me. Luckily, my 13 year old daughter explained it to me. This place is for seven and eight year olds, and really no one else. Don’t even waste your money here when you can go to literally any single option online with better quality and cheaper."
"Horrible!!! Says they are open till 8 literally spoke on the phone with them asking if they would be open till 8 and they verified they would be. Well it’s not even 7:45pm when I arrived and they have already closed the gate and say they are closed not even ten minutes after speaking with them on the phone. Rude poor customer service and straight up lying to customers because they want to leave before it’s even time to close"
