"This locations GRAND OPENING was yesterday 9/26 today 9/27 after work I realized I needed a razor I live two blocks up the street and arrived ten min till closing Upon my arrival a heavy set brunette employee was pushing the shopping baskets into the store-knowing I only had minutes my plan was to run in and make my purchase and allow the employees to close-upon getting the shopping carts inside the employee then BLOCKED THE DOORWAY-shouted she was locking the door-mind you I’m standing outside the door-she saw me pull up and was staring at me from behind the glass w customers still inside-and wouldn’t let me enter I was/am understanding to a certain degree-sure it’s ten till closing time That I understand-maybe I should have come earlier but being the stores hours are as OPEN till 9 not ten till I assumed I could buy a razor without an issue-WRONG! The employee didn’t say one word to me only blocked the door shouting she was locking it as the other employees and customers watched her block my entrance ...never have I experienced such poor customer service nor common decency I WILL be in contact with upper management That’s ridiculous"
