"I only have one star because I had to do I could comment. Worst company I have ever dealt with. We were scheduled to have carpet installed in an aprent so we could close on it. They went in the day before to do it then install guy called said he was puking pull the carpet because it was dirty so my sister and I pulled it and then they were supposed to put it in that night after getting it confirmed from one of the owners. I believe that it would be done I went in that next morning to no carpet. So I called Casey one carpet and they rushed and got it done for actually a cheaper price that Hosch had quoted me. I do not recommend using this company!!!"

"I am very disappointed in my experience with Hosch. We were looking to have someone to do just installation for several of our apartment communities. The same person I spoke with gave me several different answers, lied about their availability, and lied about the information he gave me previously. If you are looking for reliable people that do what they say they are going to do, there are probably better people to call for the job."

"We had these gentlemen help us after a flood. We had new tile flooring and carpet placed. They were easy to work with. Everything came in on time. The installers were clean, pleasant and fast. We have not had any trouble with our products and are getting ready to use them again for our business."

In fact, we are about to use them again. the owner, sales, and installers we have had have been very professional and courteous. in fact, I believe they go out of their way to take care of their customers because they are not a big store. We absolutely recommend them!"

"We bought a new house, and this company installed the carpet. The carpet was poorly installed. All around the house, the carpet was coming off in the corners and on the edges, and was not glued properly. When we confronted them, they had a terrible attitude and began to yell and say it was not them who had done it. They had no respect for us as customers. These people were extremely rude and did not even except the blame for doing a poor job. I do NOT recommend them AT ALL"
