"Inexpensive Chinese food. If this is something you enjoy, China Ocean will not disappoint. Egg rolls are good, and their green beans were great. I had orange chicken, it was good. Service was fast and friendly. There's a lot of places to eat in the downtown underground, and this one is decent enough to eat at more than once. Not impressive enough for five stars, but it is good."
