"Store is a lot cleaner and more organized lately, but two of the past three times I've been there, the check-out line has been ridiculously long with only one person checking. I understand that there are sometimes valid reasons for having to wait in line, but on both these occasions there were two other employees there, in the front of the store and in plain sight, standing there having conversations. The last time, with five people in front of me and four behind me in line, I set my full basket of items down and left. I intended to return for it later; however, as I left the store, the two stand around employees walked outside and one lit a cigarette and they stood there talking as i drove out of the lot. I'm going to assume that I was there at particularly busy times and adjust my trips there accordingly, and hopefully my assumption will be correct.."
