"We took an older John Deere Rider to them. We needed the wiring for the centrifugal clutch replaced as well as the deck hangers.. They charged me over $500 for something that shouldn't have took more than 2 hours. The wiring was left on the outside of the frame instead of being run up through the appropriate slot in the frame. They also did not relevel the deck after replacing the deck hangers.. We still had to complete their job after paying as much as we did.. We do not recommend"

"I wish I could give 0 stars. I've never been so dissatisfied with the service I got at Hutson. I'm very sure the guy that worked on my Zero turn has never worked on a mower motor before. I brought it in to solve problems I was having. When I got it back it was worse than when I brought it in. It still cost me over $700 for what? This is going to be awful trying to get this resolved"

If they had family in icu with covid maybe they would think differently. Bought my compact tractor there but will probably go to a different dealer for my next purchase"

"Awesome service for my recently purchased 20 year old Gator. It quit after I got it home after like 10 minutes. Everyone at Hutson's was so helpful. Eugene explained everything he did to make my Gator run (and stay running) like new. So it only seemed like I bought a lemon. Yep, good as new!"
