"Honestly the best haunted house I've been to. Had someone that had to use a cane in our group and the actors took every measure to help her through at difficult areas. Absolutely recommend coming here it is worth the 40 dollar ticket!"
"This place was awesome! Spooky and scary all throughout but I could still tell that everyone working there loved what they were doing and were happy to be there. A really great deal for the price, it felt worth every dollar we spent because each haunt felt unique and you could really tell they put a lot of effort into each and every detail of their haunts. Really nice workers that were obviously invested in everyone having a good time. Definitely recommend and I hope to come again!"
"it’s always a blast! I love that they use actors as the main source of scares so you can’t predict what’s gonna happen. I also like how creative they are with their space like the spinning tunnel, strobe light jail maze and the circular dark room! me and my friends try to go every year. it’s a must for the spooky season."
"The houses were nice, but the actors were far too touchy. Like others have said they are even inappropriately touchy at times. A male held onto my wife's waist and ribcage for the last portion of the 1st attraction moving his hands up and down for a very prolonged period of time. When we told staff afterwards, they stated they "try to tell" them to keep it shoulders and above. Don't TRY, TELL THEM! We were told by two staff members that they will not touch, unless you touch first. This was false. We won't be coming back. Also the touching does not make it scarier, it makes it awkward, I've been to plenty of amazing attractions that enforce a STRICT no touch policy for actors and guests. There is also no accountability for hygiene, or evidence of background checks for actors to ensure the public that these people who are touching you are clean and safe. Also communication between staff members seems to be lacking, with us asking questions and getting conflicting answers. There is no place to rest between attractions. Edit: the last two rooms were boring, good music, and fun coffin ride, but Ultimately underwhelming."
