"It's nice to see such great reviews about a business ran by someone who doesn't keep their word when it comes to business deals. After speaking with Ms. Kerley, the owner, about purchasing a pre-owned tent. My wife and I traveled three hours to meet up with her at a public location. Half an hour before our scheduled meeting I see that she is no longer online and get slightly anxious. But against my better judgement I was still anticipating a sale. After arriving at the predetermined location I see I've been blocked and she has tried to make it so I didn't have any way to contact her. So, Emily, it appears that you shouldn't back out on a sale after knowing full well that it is going to be an ordeal and effort for the other party to even get to you, but were also going to meet your asking price and even offered to buy you breakfast since it was such an early meeting. All of this still doesn't warrant a one star review... The fact that I wasn't given the courtesy or even the decency of taking the minute to reach out and let me know that you not only are backing out of the deal, but you intentionally went out of your way to block me and try to ghost me completely. That is NOT how a business owner should conduct themselves! After receiving a reply to my review, which accuses me of yelling at you, and attacking my personal preferences on my personal Facebook page and then trying to play the victim by being afraid of being ""hacked"". You know I am done with this review, hopefully anyone reading this will see the absolutely childish behavior immediately prevalent in the response to a valid review. Not only are the issues not addressed, 1. Not compromising with a customer 2. Not accepting that a business deal by a business owner should be relevant to that individuals personal character 3. The fact that instead of talking about ANY of the worries, concerns, thoughts or anything at all, when dealing with a CUSTOMER you cancelled a deal that was made without so much as a single word, intentionally blocked me so I couldn't ask you any follow up questions, ignored THREE phone calls previously and only contacted me AFTER this review was initially posted, and even after ALL of these terrible customer service nightmare instances.... After EVERYTHING I have mentioned and more that I haven't, you have STILL NOT OFFERED TO HONOR OUR INITIAL AGREEMENT. It's been 2 hours of you trying to do damage control instead of doing what ANY business owner would do and that is to HONOR THE AGREEMENT WE HAD AS CUSTOMER/MERCHANT. I even stated that I would happily rescind my review and re consider my rating if I could just have the original offer from Facebook marketplace. The single reason why I think you haven't offered this is because you already sold the product to someone else and you refuse to admit that you have no business ethics and are a true slimeball of a "Merchant" This is the last second I waste on this situation and I will allow the review and your response to show your "business acumen". Good day ma'am."
