"Ok, first of I was satisfied with my shirt printing. But the problem is I took them 16 shirts almost a 3 weeks ago on a Thursday. I was told I would be sent an example the next day for approval and my shirts would be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. Never heard from the for more than a week. No approval sample for them to start my work. So, I decided to stop in and see why last Friday. Was told they had the wrong phone number but tried to contact me. Mind you, they have a picture of my design with the number in there. So giving them the benefit of the doubt, I just asked so how long it would be now. Was told a whole week for just 2 more shirts. At the same time, a woman behind my just brought in a full box of shirts and they told her they get right on it and have her shirts in 2-3 days. The problem is I don't know if it was racist or just my job wasn't big enough to care about. But I got shirts for my business, but the extra 2 shirt was a birthday surprise for my daughter's birthday. Now I have to disappoint her. The thing is I watched them be way more friendly and caring to all of their white customers and then treat my like my money was not important to them."
