"So I originally took an equestrian bag in 3D graphics to have a name and a logo embroidered on it. When I went in, one of the managers or owners suggested I do the vinyl sticker because it was cheaper and they already had some printed up. I expressed that I preferred the embroidery because I had concerns about the sticker staying on the specific material the bag was made of. She said “oh no it’ll be fine we do those all the time”. I trusted her judgement and thought if it could save me money then that was fine. They told me about 10 day turn around time and I left. They called me when the bag was done and I went to pick it up, I paid without looking at the bag but when I got to my car I realized how bad it looked. The entire section that has the name and the horse logo was hanging off and wasn’t even attached to the bag and what was attached was very bubbly and there was a ton of glue residue left on the bag material. It looked awful. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture at that time but took the bag back inside and told them that the vinyl sticker wasn’t attached and the woman working kind of laughed it off and said “oh yeah we had the hardest time getting that thing to stick”. Which kind of baffled me a little because 1) I can’t believe that’s how they would return something to someone and let them pay for it and 2) I feel like during the process if you realized that the vinyl sticker wasn’t working someone should have notified me to try something else. Instead they just tried to force it and ultimately it looked BAD. I left it at the store and reiterated I was okay with embroidery since it was what I originally wanted and I would pay for it. She said okay and they’d see what they could do. Flash forward to about a week later, I hadn’t heard from anyone and called back to the store to get an update. The same woman said “yeah I mean we did our best but only time will tell if this will hold up I just don’t know”. I once again reiterated to her that I didn’t want it on there if it wasn’t going to look nice and wouldn’t hold up well and I would pay additional to have the embroidery done. She said she needed to talk to the woman who does embroidery and see if it was an option and would call me back. 2 weeks later, I still never heard anything so I finally went up and just took the bag back since I had already paid and it had been at their store for OVER A MONTH at this point. The bag looks horrible, they did not embroider anything even with multiple requests. I brought this bag in BRAND NEW WITH TAGS and they trashed it. It’s so disappointing and upsetting. I will not be returning there with anything I have spent money on. It has been made beyond clear that they do not value anything that someone else has spent money on."
