"Not professional. They looked at my daughters hair and said she had lice. She has dandruff. We had her examined and she very much does not have lice. They also weren’t very friendly. A different hair dresser did my other daughters hair and did a good job. They are also not very knowledgeable. We use apple cider vinegar on my oldest daughters hair for dandruff treatment. It’s very effective. When I mentioned this to the hair dresser that said my daughter had lice, she said: “that’s probably why she has dandruff”. We have been here a few times. Never again. If you have kids especially, don’t go here."

"Had an appointment scheduled for 1pm. I arrived and the the stylist said that she had someone already booked for that same time. How can you book two people for the same time when you know that you only have one stylist working? You had my phone number, you could have at least called me before I wasted my time and drove across town for an appointment that apparently didn’t exist."
