Sarap Filipino Eatery

"When we walked in, we thought Sarap was closed because no one was in the stall. After some time, an employee eventually walked in from out side and was very unkept. We had some questions about the menu options, but he never really answered our questions. We ordered the lechon kawali with garlic rice and the chicken adobo with garlic rice. Garlic rice had no garlic flavor and rice tasted water logged. The adobo was lacking a true adobo flavoring and salt. The was an abundance rice, which was off putting to us l. The lechon was crispy, but was missing the traditional chicharron skin topping. Overall was a very poor representation of Filipino food. Would not recommend and will not be back."

"I ordered shrimp sisig with rice and it was amazing! Shrimp big, juicy, and cooked perfectly. Sisig sauce was fabulous with tomatoes and peppers. It took me to the Philippines in my mind!! I will be back soon to try more dishes!! Don't miss out on this fabulous taste of the Philippines! This place is a gem and the chefs are excellent rocking it showcasing that they know how to cook REAL food! Five Stars!! Thanks!!"

"Rudy was quick to serve us and the food was hot and fresh. We had the lumpia and BBQ skewers with stir fry noodles. Soooooo tasty! Can't wait to come back and try the other items. The Cafe is where this restaurant is located and it's such a cute building with a really nice outdoor space perfect for when weather is better."
