Reviews
"Beautiful cold rainy day where no one is out and the birds are all out. Best time to visit when it's cold and rainy wildlife comes out more when fewer people are present!"
"Nice place to picnic, feed the ducks, walk the trail, or fish. It had been like 30 years since I'd been there, so it was a nice place to visit when you come to Clovis."
"Nice Park and Lake. Can be a bit busy at times but still very enjoyable. There's a walking trail, a nice playground, a nice blue basketball court, and some skating. Lots of geese and ducks around, my kids loves watching them. Very peaceful in the mornings. Only thing that I really don't like about this park is that it's next to a very busy road, 21st street, so it's not the most private park out there."
"This park has always been special to my family. It may not seem much compared to other larger parks, but it was a favorite when my kids were growing up. So on this day, we decided to take my grandson. He absolutely loved it! Seeing all the geese and the pond, he had a ball. He even made a new friend while playing at the playground. There's also plenty of parking space so that you're not having to park on the street (which makes it lots safer when you have little ones to ger in and out of the car). Anytime we are in Clovis, we make a point to stop there just to relax before heading back out of town. Apologies for the not so good pictures. Some were taken while I was sitting in my car."
"We had a picnic lunch, waved to the ducks and played at the playground (there were 2, plus a skate park). Really lovely little clean, well kept park with a nice lake. Can't swim but can fish."
