Deka Lash - The Summit

"Poor service. Even poorer result!!! My teenage daughter and her friend came here for a lash lift, which took around 30-40 minutes and was $94. Given that she lash not that long ，she requested that they leave the solution on for lullaby longer, yet they spent even less time on her friend ! After the session was over, her lashes barely changed. There was minimal curl and still a considerable amount of glue was left on her eyelid. Her nail tech, Allison, then proceeded to tell her that before she comes in next time, she should use lash serum… which she already does. If she didn’t know how to work on short lashes, she should’ve told us sooner so we could go and spend $100 elsewhere. After I confronted her, she made excuses with a bad attitude ,she refused to take any accountability. Definitely not coming back!"

"This business feels that it is ok to order DoorDash and give the African American driver zero tip. I would never patronize such a business! Edit: DoorDash defaults to a tip. The customer must physically zero out the tip. Which is what this business owner did. Was she obligated to tip? No. She chose not to tip."

"I have used you, it was when you first came to the summit and I had been given a "free lash extension" card because I worked in the summit at the time. My sister and I both went, both our lashes came off within 2 days, even using the cleansing pads that were sold to us. My lash tech had a cold and kept wiping her nose while doing my lashes and I ended up with a nasty eye infection."

"Sarah was absolutely amazing! I came with a lash emergency from a bad lash job, not from Deka. She was so understanding, professional, efficient and remedied the problem while also teaching me how to care for them properly! Sarah you a life saver!"

"TRASH establishment, I would not recommend working here, the manager Alison will blame you for her lazy mistakes and talk about you behind your back, then they will let you go with no notice and steal all your clients. They also lie BIG time about the pay and try to force you to work there with a contract, AVOID like the plague. Anyone getting their lashes done here also are basically getting robbed since they upcharge 10x on the prices and will do whatever they want no matter what set you get."
