"I called every place around and all were booked except this one, decided to try it out. They only do SNS, so I got that. They asked the shape. Any shape besides normal is extra. Then asked color. They had lots of colors but offered me the one that was 10$ extra (glitterycolors) and slid the other rings to the side and asked me to choose. I didn't know this ring was extra until later. Asked the length and I asked for medium length. When she was about to get started she said it would be 10 extra for the color, the length and the cut. So 30$ extra. So I had to decide again because I was not informed of all the extras until right before. She FaceTimed her cousin and answered the phone while doing my nails which is fine I was like okay I get it different time zones for family out of states and need to answer that phone for business no big deal...but after it was done i had to ask them to grind off some weird clumpy spots. The next day some coworkers mentioned the cuticle area was very uneven and bad looking. I repainted to try to cover it and not a week later had one fall off which is way less than they last done at other places even on my shorter nail bed. The work is shoddy and the lady is a hustler, be careful! There is a reason they are not booked....buyer beware."

"i used to love this place but i am EXTREMELY disappointed this time. i will never be coming back. i got some longer nails and i’ve never had an issue with them until this time. my right hand middle finger nail snapped off while i was in bed. okay, whatever, sometimes it happens. well, i was cleaning around my dorm today and my other middle finger nail snapped. only it didn’t snap off, it snapped in the MIDDLE OF MY NAIL. i am in so much pain and it hurts to even touch. the nail is still attached to my nail bed. it is bleeding profusely and may require a hospital trip to have removed. i paid $63 for these nails, i didn’t expect them to do this only a week and a half after getting them."

"Great experience. First time getting sns nails. I usually do the crystal clear gel nails at home. The ladies were very nice, very informative and this technique is faster. No need for the UV lamp. Will be returning and I would definitely recommend this salon."
