"Great Clips Edgewood is the most friendly out of any. ANNA is the best and really friendly. I've been going there and to her for years. You gotta Always make sure if you sign in on line you submit..I've forgot to do that before. She is really friendly and will do your hair exactly how you want it!! I've never had a problem there and Noone there is rude!! Very friendly place!! Very friendly people!!"
"A hair stylist there named Anna is beyond rude! Not only did I over hear her complaining about how people come in 45 minutes before it closes and there is a small wait and they do not want to take them and turn them away! Their system messed up and did not check my son in but she thought it did! Then all of sudden points at him with the rudest tune in her voice (she didn’t know I was there) and says loudly (You didn’t check in) I said “Oh yes he did” and then her rudest came to me, did she try to come up with a solution to help us NO! She was nasty and I said “Ok we will go somewhere else” and she said “Okay Bye”. Mind you my boys go there 2-3 times a months for hair cuts but NO ANYMORE! Great Clips you lost our business all together! Did I get a little testy yes, because she thought my teenager was alone and was VERY disrespectful to him and in front of other customers! What parent is going to be okay with that! I hope Anna had fun because Great Clips will NEVER get another penny from me!!!"
