"The last two facials I have scheduled, they have canceled the morning of my appointment. I have taken off work to make these appointments and to be told the appointments are canceled is very frustrating. I understand that things happen but to be canceled two times in a row is excessive. I even called to try and schedule yet once again (for a third time) and it's been almost a week and no one has called me back. I guess they no longer want my business. The 2 star is because I have had facials there in the past that were good."
