"waited for 45 mins no one said hello or asked what I wanted. Finally got in a chair with water ready and technician ready to start when someone else walked in claimed to have an appointment. No one checked to see if they had an appointment they just immediately stopped and didnt start my pedicure and started on her. Then didn’t ask or replace technician that was working on me. Then when I asked they said someone else will be done in 10 or 15 mins. By this time it’s been an hour and 15 and only that has been done is get my feet wet. Idk who is Kim or Tiffany but whoever is the lady with glasses and horrible em highlights is very rude and it was quite obvious they did not care if they lost my buisness or how they treated me. I do not recommend at all."

"It was just okay. My pedicure looks nice, but the experience was underwhelming. The man who did my toes was very "get in/get out." There was no massage at all, which is one of the main reasons I get pedicures! If I just wanted my nails painted, I can do that at home for free. The scrub was about 10 seconds each leg, then lotion rubbed in as quickly as possible. Not much foot care and zero massage. I won't go back."
