"I filed a claim in August. After two months of no updates or information I called back. First call, they didn’t know what was wrong or why it had been so long so they said they’d look into it and call me back by the end of the day. A week later, after no call back I decided to call. Called them four times, left three messages. No response. Only to find a letter in my mailbox another week later saying the claim had been denied. So after 2-3 months of no heating or cooling in my house (hvac unit had been blown due to power surge) nothing came of it. Shocks me how businesses can survive with this level of customer service."
