"When I arrived today for my appt today. the receptionist said I was not on the schedule. I cannot rate the stylist but this salon's scheduling is highly disorganized. I made an appt for over a week ago and was even on a call-back list for a sooner appt (saw my name and number on a sticky note by their phone). I'm sure they do a great job with hair but their outdated paper scheduling system is unreliable and confusing."
