"I came in for a pedicure and gel manicure on a Thursday and by 5 am Saturday morning every single nail was chipped! I have been doing my own gel at home for a year to save money but I miss the pampering experience and none of my gel at home ever chips. Worst case is 7 days. Mine here barely made it 24 hours because it was Thursday evening! Plus I was there forever waiting for someone who was properly liscensed to even do them! My pedicure gel (same polish and style is still intact, but the girl who did them could have done better with the whole pedi, but I would rate that experience waayyy better than my manicure. I paid 100$ and could have been done in an hour at home with way way better results. I’m going back to doing them myself unless I have time to go back to my place in Louisville for my pedis. What a disappointment and waste of 2.5 hours!"

"I have been to this place three times. Malia is wonderful and I hope to get her every time. The past two times I had Henry. In the kindest way possible.... does he have a nail tech license? It took him 50 minutes to remove my gel polish from my natural nail. The he proceeded to cut my left hand nails square and my right hand nails oval. So I had him fix them. He never buffed or filed the top of my nails and immediately put the gel polish on top so now my gel polish looks like there is gravel underneath... It took an hour and a half for my gel on natural nails... I can do my nails myself, I just chose to get them done professionally so that I can have some me time. I ended up paying and leaving... $40 for a nail job that my 5 year old niece could do better on honestly because I wasted enough time there and just wanted to leave."

"Got this gel manicure Friday (6/17). 6 days later and a chip. I got there as soon as they opened and felt rushed from the start. The mani/pedi was rushed and they didn’t do a whole lot compared to other salons imo. Not sure I’ll be back."
