"Can’t even cut hair good. Showed them a pict And it was the complete opposite. Can’t cut straight lines, they only worry about getting you out fast. They pull your hair alot and can’t do anything right. By far worst place I’ve gotten a haircut at. My buzz cuts were better than the mullet they gave me. Don’t let a girl with a buzz cut cut your hair. I don’t even care this place should be shut down."
"I worked here at cost cutters about three different times. There was theft the second time working at cost cutters. I told the district manager about this, and I had to quit for other reasons, but I would have anyway because my manager was stealing and blaming me. This last time working for cost cutters. I was pushed out of working at cost cutters, and yes, there was conflict between me and my manager, but she went through three different employees in 6 month and she also moved her new boyfriend in when than I had quit. If they treat their employees this way, then certainly one way or another, they certainly don't have respect for their customers. I would highly recommend not going to cost cutters. Plus respect for property I was push out in a screaming argument with my manager I left some things behind I sent my roommate to grab these objects some personal like my license and family photos that my manager had thrown away. So again, it might not be objects that they can throw away but maybe just personal information that they don't keep secret. Again, I advise you not to do hair business at cost cutters, Paris Tennessee, or anywhere else they have a very bad reputation, even in Washington."
"Ok so I've had a few hair cuts here and it's not the best also not the worst. My problem is with their apparent new policies. I went there last week and bought a shampoo and conditioner by designline for almost $50. I was in a hurry that day and asked the women at the front what was good for curly hair and she said that everything by designline was good for curly hair. So I grabbed one that I thought said "curly" on the bottle but when I got home I realized it said color instead. I went up there Sunday morning and asked if I could exchange it and I was told to come back when the manager was there while I was there I went to see if they had anything for curly hair, they had something for moisture and restoration so I was thinking I would just get that. So today I called and ask if I could exchange. I have the receipt and I haven't used it. I was told no that per a new policy they don't do exchange exchanges because of covid and that they don't have anything for curly hair anyway. So I just wasted $50. No one in my house has color in their hair. The girl on the phone with me was very short I wouldn't say she was rude exactly but she acted like she didn't have the time of day for me. like I was bothering her by asking for an exchange in the first place. If you go here be really specific about the haircut that you want don't be vague show them many pictures and use specific and direct verbal communications. I also don't recommend this place if you do have curly hair because I had to show my stylists how to encourage my curl rather than straightening it. And if you buy something read the bottle and then read the bottle again to make sure you're purchasing exactly what you want and do not take the stylists word for it to be polite, because you tired, distracted, or in a hurry. Oh and the first two times I ever went there I got kinda scammed I paid for a wash cut and style instead she sprayed my hair down with water cut it while it was wet and again didn't know how to style curly hair. I had to leave with a blow out. Just make sure you get what you pay guys. I shouldn't have gone back after my second appointment. It just really convenient. In today's economy I won't put up with someone playing with my money."
"I went in for a layered haircut and style. Well my hair was layered and that's the only good thing I can say. Nicole cut it dry and whipped right thru it. It's so uneven that even my older gentleman neighbor noticed. And she sent me on my way without even brushing it through. No curling iron or any attempt to style it. My hair looked nothing like the picture I brought in"
"They were nice but they can’t cut or style hair. He asked for a medium skin fade. She left lines in his hair. The bottom was not even. She missed parts around his ears. She took off way to much on top."
