"Very friendly, welcoming, and comfortable environment. Lashes are fabulous!! Well, they were fabulous for about a week.. hardly any left at 2wk fill appointment. I told Alesha that I would be about 15min after and she said that was fine.. on my way however she messaged and said because I was 10min late we had to cancel.. I got there and met her in parking lot, she said she never got a message about me being late to which I replied "because I told you face to face when we made the appointment ". We went inside and she then said because so many lashes were gone I would need a full set and she had no time for that.. so because her orig work didn't stick I am penalized.. I have had lashes many times before and I would NOT recommend this place. I should have known better as any legitimate business isn't cash only.. that should have been my first clue... Lesson learned."
