"I would suggest another company based on how they conduct business and how they basically told us it was our responsibility to keep track of their invoices even if we do not receive them. If you are a customer of ours, we reach out to you directly before there is an issue not the other way around. Relying on non-certified mailing practices as end all be all for your customers is somewhat pathetic. Pick up the phone and call is all that is needed. This is basic customer service which seems to be severely lacking from this company. Not to mention they have no method for autopay so that this is not an issue to begin with. And if you want notifications to your email then you have to set that up yourself as well. Let's just say, there are many ways in which this company is lacking efficiency and customer care. Oh and the best part is the call to discuss responses they give, LOL, most did call and did discuss these various issues directly and the reviews reflect that. Maybe changes on the KEMI side would result in better reviews."
