"I have eaten at Panda hundreds of times across dozens of states. I always order the same thing - chow main, orange chicken, king pao chicken. I have been always amazed how they can replicate the same taste at every location. Except this one. My favorite item is the chow main - firm, not slippery, with traces of wok char and that hot sizzling wok umami flavor. None of that was here. The noodles were undercooked, Tasted like boiled pasta and there were no signs of being cooked in a wok. I told the girl at the counter, just a friendly note that they may need to check on the noodles as they don't taste the same as everywhere. Instead of saying thanks for the feedback, we will check, she tried to convince me that they are fine. Don't go there"
"She call herself a manager but she's rude and disrespectful. Her name is Alisha. They had us waiting in the car. We had to get out in the rain they forgot our food. 20 minutes while they forgot to bring out our food. Then my sister went to get it and was told she could not have a refund and they tried to give us cold food. When they were asked to remake out plates, they took the cold food that was sitting out for 20 minutes and mixed it with the warm food. I'm calling the health department cos I know that is not safe. Bacteria grows on food sitting out and that's not a safe practice for food. Customer service is always a plus and this place today did not deliver. Told us to google corporates number. We did. STOP PATRONIZING THESE PLACES WITH RUDE PEOPLE. YOU GET BETTER SERVICE AT THE LIL MOM AND POP CHAIN DOWN THE STREET."
"I had never been to a panda express before. They had a lot of different food options. The employees were awesome and explained the food to me when I asked about certain food choices. The food was hot and fresh. Also, they asked me if I wanted to sample anything. I thought that was nice since I had never been there before. I would hate to buy food and then not like it. It would've been a waste of money. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat. God bless"
"I stopped by to take home food for tonight. It is January 4th, 2024. I have included a copy of my receipt. I started eating my food and noticed something wrong with my honey walnut shrimp. I found 3 hairs under the shrimp. This is disgusting. This is unacceptable but I'm pretty sure the company won't do anything about it."
"I’m glad I didn’t let the other reviews dissuade me. Last time we were looking at dinner options I skipped this location because of bad reviews that it was “going downhill.” I found our experience tonight to be the opposite! The food was flavorful, colorful, and fresh. The Beijing Beef was very tasty, the fried rice was solid (for fast food Chinese), and the Orange Chicken was on point! The Super Greens were fresh and delicious, as was the Broccoli Beef. I usually am not the biggest Panda fan, and several months ago our orders were sub-par. However tonight was excellent! I recommend giving them a try. (Most of the bad reviews were angry rants about the lobby being closed for lunch, but at dinner it was open for us!)"
