"I’ve given this place multiple tries and I don’t think I’ll be returning. I can order the same jewelry online for cheaper but go here for the convenience of it, especially given the size range. The male staff was rude and had I not been watching would have physically pushed me out of the way to assist another customer. Definitely seems like the staff is not knowledge when it comes to piercing jewelry and allergies. I mentioned that I was allergic to metal and had some questions about the titanium and surgical steel as I still have reactions to steel. And instead of informing me of any organic options they may have had or opening a conversation with me they simply told me that nothing would work for me and they don’t recommend I buy anything. Like…say less. I even tried to inform her it wasn’t possible to be allergic to titanium and was going to say plated would be fine as long as it’s titanium but she interrupted me snd simply talked me out of the sale. The sales person talked me out of spending my money and that should tell you all you need to know. The day Spencer’s staff is more helpful than a place with a kiosk in the mall says a lot. I don’t recommend to anyone going if they have even a single question. If you can wear any jewelry then you won’t need to really talk to them and I’m sure that’s what they want."
