Classic Collision

"Do not go here! Left my car here after I was rear-ended. Communication was horrible, and they trashed my car. It took them three weeks to put together an estimate, and that’s only because I kept calling them. Finally they told me that they had sent the estimate to my insurance two weeks ago, which was confirmed to be a lie as my insurance never received the estimate. This also became news to me when I was out of town, so I asked how much the nightly storage fees would be. The receptionist didn’t know. How does someone not know how much they charge for a service? Each time I would call them she would transfer me to her manager’s office who was never available and whose voicemail box was full, so it was pointless to do so. When I finally retrieved my car I noticed the interior had been trashed. They took nearly everything out of the center console and glove box (pens, coins, gum, napkins, etc…) and tossed it all over the front seats. Why???"

"The only reason I’m giving any stars is because of Monique and Drew. Don’t hold your breath for the front staff. Made up stories about where my car was in the repair process. It wasn’t until Monique gave me the run down and told me others made up stories that I realized it was going to be 2-3 more weeks until I got my car. Drew is cordial and tells you how it is and kept me updated throughout the process once he looked at my car. I’m very appreciative of those two."

"Update: just picked up my vehicle this afternoon and it looks great! It was an absolute pleasure working with Logan and everybody else at this location. They were extremely courteous, communicative, professional, literally everything I have ever desired in a body shop and never once had before now. They called me last week to let me know my vehicle was ready but after a second look, there was a chip in the glass and window tint that they had missed. Instead of trying to talk their way out of it, they decided to keep the car a couple of extra days to make the window and tint right. This is the level of professionalism I come to expect and I'm so glad I have found it. I will definitely be taking my vehicle here for any future repairs. 10 Stars across the board if I could! Just dropped off my vehicle for a repair. Staff was incredibly professional, courteous, and fast. Exactly what I needed after working 10 hours. So far, absolute aces. Looking forward to seeing how fast they fix my vehicle and return it to me, but if the drop off is any indication, these guys are probably going to be amazing throughout the entire experience. The initial visit to a location is usually indicative of how they do business and they have been spot on thus far."

"The management at this place are honest people, trying to do right by their customers. I had my concerns initially about when I'd get my car because they had a lot of cars. They estimated I'd get my car back in 2 weeks. I got it back in one week. They did a great job with the repairs. And they were great on keeping me updated on its status. Give these guys a try."
