"I’m leaving a minimum of three stars for doing the bare minimum, which was repairing my car. This could’ve been a better review if they put some effort into their customer service and communication with the customer. It took over two months to get my car repaired, which I understand parts have been backordered. But I was really frustrated with was the lack of communication from Covert regarding additional repairs and the repair timeline. This lack of communication created a big headache and inconvenience on my end, as I had to continuously reach out to my insurance to extend my rental coverage as they continue to push the date further back each week. The most frustrating, was being told my car was going to be ready on a specific day, at a specific time, I pulled out the insurance money and was prepared to come get my car. It wasn’t until I was on my way to pick up my car that I received a call that it was still not ready for another few days. Their solution was to offer me a rental of their own to avoid me getting charged any further on that end. While it was helpful I wish it had not gotten to this point so late, had they been more responsive and communicative this could have been a more pleasant experience."

"I brought my car here to see what they can do about hail damage. I felt that the staff had little to no concern or basic customer service skills. They kind of brushed me off and acted annoyed. After leaving a couple of messages and getting no response I politely told a lady over the phone that if they didn’t want or have time to take my claim to let me know and she snickered arrogantly. When the manager took a look at my car, I pointed out a small chip in my windshield that appeared after the storm and he kept insisting it was from a rock. I assured him I would have noticed and he just kept saying rock chip, like it should even matter to him?? Overall just a very weird and belittling experience. They might do awesome work but I’d rather take my business somewhere a bit more professional."
"If I could give Covert Collision negative five stars I would. We had an older truck stolen and recovered, the thiefs knocked out the ignition key. We originally dropped the truck off at Covert's repair shop on 183, and they were kind and accommodating. After a few days they called and said it would be more appropriate to take the truck to Covert's collision center, so we picked it up. Again, kind and accommodating. At Covert's collision center, we met an estimator named Manual Colunga, who seemed to be in a bad mood. Fine, we all have bad days. We explained the situation to Manual and we could immediately tell that he didn't want anything to do with the job, he was grumpy, negative, and explained how they might do a poor repair. I should have left right then and there, but I thought, "he's just an estimator, he's not going to do the work, the guys in the back will take pride in their work." We left the truck. A few days later we got a call from the insurance company and they said that Covert recommended totaling the truck. The truck is not totaled, it needs a steering column, the part is available for $250, the truck is worth $17k - $25k. Manual, for whatever reason, just didn't want to do do the job. We went over to pick up the truck, and Manual said it would cost $250 to release it. I asked for what, and he responded, "for storage and for wasting my time." I responded that he has to be kidding, and he got up out of his chair like he was going to come at me. I was shocked but I de-escalated the situation because it wasn't worth making a scene. I paid the ladies at the desk $250, and drove the truck elsewhere. Dan, Kenny, Chance, Philip, Brad, this man needs to be fired. He does not represent what I know about you or your family. He's an embarrassment to your organization, and I guarantee you he's driving customers away. I, for one, am gone."
"I called another bodyshop that was 7 weeks backed up before calling who I should've called 1st! Arthur Balderas took my call and I dropped off my car the next day. He kept in contact with me giving me updates. My car came out PERFECT!!! His team exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier!!! Thank you Arthur and the Covert team !! Both Arthur and Manny are my "go to's" for life!!!"
