"Not sure what happened to this place since it sold but the service department is awful. Took my jeep in for a recall back in august or September I was told my part would be ordered. I called every couple of months, many times being told they would check and never called me back, or told the part was still on back order. Even had one guy tell me it was because of the strike when the strike had started 2 days before. Finally I called this week, February, and my part was sitting there with no phone call from them. 6 months for one part. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!"
