"I just called this shop and he diagnosed my transmission issue over the phone. He said with a truck having 145,000 miles, I should have the transmission rebuilt. There is a service bulletin on 4L60E transmissions that have the same problem mine is exhibiting. It states to replace the valve control body. He said that’s a DIY job and he doesn’t do those type of jobs."
